How It Works

From first conversation to written findings

A straightforward process, built around secure access and a report you can act on.

  1. Choose the audit, or tell us what concerns you

Start with a specific audit type, or simply describe what is not adding up. The right scope can be worked out together.

  2. Initial consultation

A conversation about the business, the current marketing setup, and what a useful outcome would look like.

  3. Secure access

Access is granted through proper account invitations and permission-based sharing -- Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, CRM reporting, call tracking, agency reports, website analytics, and relevant contracts or scopes of work, as applicable. Passwords should never be emailed or submitted anywhere.

  4. Audit and analysis

A structured review of the platforms, accounts, and reporting in scope, measured against what the business actually experienced.

  5. Revenue and reporting reconciliation, where data permits

Marketing platform data is compared against CRM, sales, or revenue records where those systems and access allow it.

  6. Written findings

A clear, evidence-based document: what was reviewed, what was found, and what it means.

  7. Review call

A walkthrough of the findings, with time to ask questions and clarify anything in the report.

  8. The client decides what happens next

Possible next steps include fixing something internally, asking the current agency or team to correct an issue, bringing in an implementation specialist, changing vendors, or requesting further analysis. Marketing Audit Co. provides the evidence and the recommendation; the decision stays with the client.
